Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to provide high-quality products and a transparent customer experience. This policy explains the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations in compliance with applicable Indian consumer
protection and e-commerce regulations. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and all accessories
• The product must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit
• The return must comply with the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories may not be eligible for return unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered:
• Used, installed, or altered products
• Customized or made-to-order items
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Items without original packaging or missing accessories
• Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
• Hygiene-sensitive or perishable goods (if applicable) 

3. Valid Reasons for Return
Eligible for Full Refund or Replacement
If reported within 7 days of delivery:
• Product received in damaged condition
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product delivered
• Missing parts or accessories
Return for Other Reasons (Customer Preference)
If reported within 7 days of delivery and product meets return conditions:
• Change of mind
• Size, color preference
Return shipping costs may apply (see Section 5).

4. Proof of Purchase
To process a return or exchange, customers may be required to provide:
• Invoice, order confirmation, or payment record
• Registered account order details
If proof is not available, we may verify the purchase through internal records before processing the request. 

5. Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping responsibility is as follows:
• Seller bears return shipping cost if product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete
• Customer bears return shipping cost for returns due to personal preference or non-defect reasons
Any applicable charges will be communicated before return approval.

6. Return & Exchange Process
1. Contact customer support to initiate the request within the eligible period
2. Provide order details and reason for return/exchange
3. Follow packing and shipping instructions provided by our support team
4. Returned product will undergo inspection after receipt
5. Based on inspection outcome, refund or exchange will be processed
If the product does not meet return eligibility, it may be sent back to the customer.

7. Product Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Refund or exchange may be declined if:
• Product shows signs of use, installation, or damage not caused during transit
• Original packaging or accessories are missing
• Return conditions are not satisfied
• Product is not the same as originally shipped
Inspection decisions will be communicated to the customer. 

8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for:
• Size
• Color
Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility and return conditions.
If replacement product is unavailable, refund will be issued.

9. Refund Policy
• Refunds are initiated within 4–5 business days after return approval
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Actual credit timeline depends on bank or payment provider processing time
Shipping charges, if applicable, may be deducted in accordance with this policy.

10. Order Cancellation
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support
• Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be treated under the return policy 

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use
Nothing in this clause limits rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

12. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with the
effective date.
